Deadline of 72 hours on working days (orders placed before 6:00 pm) – via CTT Expresso/Correos Express.

Delivery times start 24 business hours after the date of purchase. Weekends and holidays are excluded from delivery times.
National, regional and local holidays are respected, as well as those of the market in which the logistics center is located.

During periods of sales, promotions or special campaigns, deliveries may be delayed for reasons such as product customization, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure or when the delivery area is a rural or remote area.

For security reasons, we do not guarantee delivery to PO boxes, hotels, aparthotels, residential homes, tourist apartments, transport agencies, logistics platforms and/or similar.

The responsibility for the order after it leaves our logistics center is the sole responsibility of the transport company.
