A – Identification

The “Seller” KOATI (Costafil, Indústria e Comércio de Vestuário, LDA. NIF 503106755) has products for sale on the website www.koatistore.com, and “e-commerce” services are available exclusively to end users (consumers).
KOATI reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not “Consumers” or those that do not comply with the general terms and conditions of sale of the Seller KOATI.
The “Consumer” must provide the “Seller” with an email or postal address, or details relating to another form of contact, that are correct and complete and accepts that the “Seller” may contact him/her using these details, if deemed necessary.

All orders placed on the website are subject to availability. KOATI tries to ensure that all items offered for sale on the website are in stock.
